  1. Drink a lot of water, you will improve your circulation and will prevent liquid retention
  2. Take care of your diet, avoid saturated fat food, refined sugar and alcohol.
  3. Don’t just train your butt, combine the exercises with cardio at least 40 minutes 3 times per week.
