With a heigh fibre content, it prevents diabetes, vascular diseases, helps regulating your cholesterol levels, and it improves your intestinal transit. If you are on a diet plan, don’t worry, they have less fat than nuts and they have proteins, Omega-3, vitamins and fibre.

Those are super seeds.  They contain a great amount of fibre (30%), they are iron-rich, they have magnesium, potasium, Omega-3 and they are very low-fat. Besides, they satisfy your appetite and accelerate your metabolism, they are able to absorb seven times their weight in water, creating a sort of jelly that gives you a feeling of satisfaction when you eat them.

They won’t just help you controlling your appetite but they are also good for the circulation system thanks to the high percentage of Omega 3 and 6 acid, it calms the gastrointestinal system, especially the stomach heart-burn and it helps increasing the good cholesterol levels and lower the bad cholesterol ones.
